Dreamhost Customer Service Review

I have been using Dreamhost for a while now, And the reason behind choosing them is obviously they are huge and serve millions of site with hundred thousands of users. When i primarily used it, i was astounded by the impressive speed with 99.98% up time. There customer support is really good, as i hot my answer within minutes. But they lack the phone support , although their chat support is available 24/7.
